My Sons Invitations

We are celebrating a religious event this year for my son, and these are the invitations that I have made for the event. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this colour combination! In case you don't know, blue is MY favorite colour so I get to use it for everything I do for my son! The girls on the other hand are a different matter!

You remove the belly band and inside are all the details for the event! Using my handy dandy Cricut machine I cut out all the crosses and pop dotted them on the card. The pictures do not do it justice!

Now I have to start on the Thank you cards, and little thank you gifts that I like to hand out! Those will be at a later date, once I figure out what I'm doing!

Take care,

PS - don't forget about my cardmaking class! It's starting to fill up, so contact me if you are interested in attending! See below a couple posts for all the info!

New Line in My Etsy Shop

These are some new items that I have been working on for my Etsy shop. As you can see from the previous items I am right into kraft paper right now. Well actually I've been into it for quite a while, but going crazy with it now! I love working with it because every colour goes well with kraft, and I like the idea of the recycling the paper.

Anywhooooo, I've designed some co-ordinating invitations, thank you tags, and even a card for babies. Using my cricut to cut out the onesie (at any size I like!! Love my cricut!) I've pop dotted them for added depth and texture. The pictures really don't do it justice but hey, I'm not a photographer I'm a paper crafter ;)

I'm also working on some party invitations for kids too, with a cupcake theme. I'll post them later, once I actually have them finished!

Take care,

and don't forget SALEABRATION is still going on over at my Stampin Up! website. Pop on over and take a peek, once the sale is over you won't see it again till next year!!

I Love You Card, by my 8 Year Old!

So my daughter sees me crafting and cardmaking all the time, and so she decided to get in on the action too! She designed her own card, stamped it, cut out all the pieces and then went and took photos of it, like she sees me do. She worked so hard on it and I was so impressed I decided to list her card in my Etsy shop! She's thrilled!! Now I can only hope someone buys it, she would be over the moon! Cross your fingers for her!! I'll keep you posted on how it goes!
