My sister in law asked me to make the invitations for my nephews baptism, and I was so excited, until it came down to actually making them and my mind went blank!! So I started to think of my SIL and what she likes and COLOUR came to mind. She loves colourful things. So then I decided on a cross for the religious aspect of the ceremony, then thought about layering a few crosses on top of each other. Well it's not exactly what I pictured in my mind, but it may be even better! The result looks like a stained glass cross!!! I thought it was neat.
Now the insecure part of me has to show them to my SIL!! Hope she loves them as much I loved making them!
