A few more items Added to my Etsy Shop

Well I forgot to check on my expired listings, and lo and behold I found two or three cards that I still had and was able to renew.

I'm working hard on my custom ordered wedding album for a friend right now and haven't had a chance to list or design any new cards. But I expect to be finished the album in a week or so, so check back here and I'll let you see a sneek peek of the album when it's done.

Can You Believe it......I'm on YOUTUBE!!!!

Hi there, been a busy couple of days lately and haven't had much of a chance to blog!

Guess what!!! A wonderful friend I met an the Etsy message board, Paula, better known as UxCritter, made a video for my Etsy card shop and put it up on YouTube, how exciting is that!!!! She is super talented, so if you'd like the check out the video she made for my shop, here's the link

Been busy here running around with hubby and trying to organize the house, so I haven't had a heck of a lot of time lately to create some new cards. But I'm hoping to get back to creating next week.......crossing my fingers for luck!

Hand made Gift Bag

I die cut this cute little gift bag from sturdy packing or wrapping paper. I'm really into the 'kraft' type paper right now. It's something a little different for me and was so pleased with it that I decided to put it up for sale in my shop. I think it's the perfect little bag for jewellery or gift cards. The bag is approx 3.75 x 6 inches. As you can tell I'm also still into the plum/berry colours right now too.

Breast Cancer Awareness Cards for Charity

Loopy, this is for you!!!

Another friend who I've met through the message boards is doing the 60K walk for Breast Cancer in 2009 and I wanted to try and help her earn some donations for this wonderful cause. I decided to design a greeting card for her, and this is the result. I've made 10 cards in all so far. If they are a success, I'll gladly contribute more.

Just listed the cards in my Etsy shop now, so if you like you can go take a look at them, and maybe even buy one...... :)

I've always wanted to do something for this worthy cause, aside from just making a monetary donation, and now I'm very thrilled to have met Loopy and thought of a way of using my craft to help others.

A great friend I met on the message boards in Etsy helped me to put my little Etsy shop link up here on my blog!!! Thanks so much Nancy, it worked!!!!

I also was able to peek on Gillians blog and get the LIVE FEED application from her.......so now I can see where you are all visiting from!

I'm so happy! I'm on my way to blogging.......hopefully!

Oh and DD won her second game too! Yeah! They were supposed to play the championship game today, but got rained out.......boo!!! So we have the playoff game tomorrow........let's hope for no rain and a dry playing field!

Busy Busy Weekend!!

Well it's very hectic here!

DD is in a baseball tournament, not much time to blog.......!

One game this AM, yeah they won! On our way to the second game name......crossing our fingers, they win!

Yippee! Yeah!!! I'm so excited, I signed up to become a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and my new kit has arrived!

Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to play too much with my new stamps, so I don't have a new project to show you......yet!!
